The Birthday Program helps you celebrate your clients while encouraging repeat visits. Peach Suite Pro can assist you in sending birthday greetings, promotional offers, or special rewards to eligible clients using SMS and email.

A thoughtful birthday message is one of the simplest and most effective ways to strengthen client relationships and increase client retention.

How the Birthday Program Works

The Birthday Program uses each client's birth date along with their Contact Preferences to determine who is eligible to receive birthday communications.

Depending on your settings, you can:

* Send birthday SMS messages

* Send birthday emails

* Include retail product offers

* Encourage online booking

Client Eligibility

Before sending birthday messages, verify that:

* The client's birth date has been entered.
