Web Booking
Web Booking allows clients to request and confirm appointments through your public Peach Suite Pro booking page.
Available appointment times are calculated using your business settings and current schedule.
This helps prevent appointments from being placed outside business hours, provider hours, or existing availability.
How the Booking Process Works
The booking process normally includes the following steps:
- Select a preferred date.
- Review the business hours for that date.
- Select a provider or choose an available-provider option.
- Review the provider’s available hours.
- Select a service.
- Display the available appointment times.
- Select a time and enter the requested client information.
- Review and confirm the appointment.
The exact options displayed may depend on your business configuration and the selected service.
Selecting a Date
Clients begin by selecting a date within the allowed booking window.
After a date is selected, Peach Suite Pro may display the business hours for that day.
If the business is closed, the page will explain that appointments cannot be booked on the selected date.
Selecting a Provider
Clients may select a specific provider when more than one eligible provider is available.
The provider list is based on service assignments, provider status, and public booking settings.
After a provider is selected, Peach Suite Pro may display:
- Business hours for the selected date
- Provider working hours
- The overlapping period during which appointments may be booked
A provider may be unavailable even when the business is open.
Selecting a Service
Only active services that are available for public online booking will appear.
The selected service determines the appointment duration and may limit which providers or times are available.
A longer service requires a larger uninterrupted opening on the calendar.
Showing Available Times
Select the option to display available times after choosing the date, provider, and service.
Peach Suite Pro calculates availability using the server-authoritative booking engine.
This calculation may include:
- Business hours
- Provider working hours
- Service duration
- Preparation or cleanup buffers
- Provider time off
- Minimum advance-booking notice
- Existing appointments
- Other scheduling restrictions
Only times that satisfy all applicable rules are displayed.
Why a Date or Time Cannot Be Booked
Web Booking may prevent a selection for one or more of the following reasons:
- The business is closed.
- The requested time is outside business hours.
- The provider does not work during that time.
- The provider is unavailable or has scheduled time off.
- The minimum advance-notice requirement has not been met.
- The service does not fit into the remaining opening.
- Another appointment already occupies the required time.
- The date is outside the allowed booking window.
The public page should explain the applicable reason without revealing another client’s private appointment information.
Provider Time Off
Provider time off is automatically considered when available times are calculated.
If the provider is unavailable for the entire day, the date may be identified as Provider Unavailable.
Partial-day time off blocks only the affected period.
Minimum Advance-Booking Notice
Your business may require appointments to be booked a certain number of hours in advance.
For example, if the minimum notice is 24 hours, a client cannot schedule an appointment beginning less than 24 hours from the current time.
When the notice requirement prevents booking, the page may recommend a later valid time or advise the client to contact the business.
Coach Peach Booking Assistance
Coach Peach may help explain why a selected date or time is unavailable.
Coach Peach can also recommend the next valid appointment time based on the selected date, provider, service, and current availability.
If no time remains on the selected date, Coach Peach may recommend the next available date and time within the booking window.
Appointment Privacy
Web Booking never needs to reveal the identity, service, or schedule details of another client.
When an existing appointment blocks a time, the public page should simply indicate that the time is unavailable.
Confirming the Appointment
Before confirming, clients should review:
- Selected service
- Selected provider
- Appointment date
- Appointment time
- Contact information
- Any booking notices or policies
The appointment is not complete until the final confirmation step succeeds.
Availability may change if another appointment is confirmed before the booking process is completed.
After Booking
After a successful booking, the appointment is added to Peach Suite Pro using the selected service, provider, date, and time.
The client may receive a confirmation or other communication based on the business’s messaging settings and the client’s communication preferences.
Troubleshooting Web Booking
If expected appointment times do not appear, review:
- Business hours
- Provider hours
- Provider time off
- Service duration
- Service-to-provider assignments
- Public booking settings
- Minimum booking notice
- Existing appointments and buffers
