Public Booking Page

The Public Booking Page is the customer-facing appointment page that clients use to schedule services online.

This page uses your current booking settings to display eligible services, providers, dates, and appointment times.

What This Page Does

The Public Booking Page allows clients to:

* Select a service.

* Select a provider when provider selection is available.

* Choose an available date and time.

* Enter their contact information.

* Book an appointment for themselves or someone else.

* Review and confirm the appointment.

Before Sharing the Public Booking Page

Complete the following setup before distributing the public booking link:

* Configure Business Hours.

* Configure Provider Hours.

* Assign services on Provider Services.

* Confirm that services and providers are publicly bookable.

* Add applicable Provider Time Off.

* Run the Availability Test.

* Review the Internal Booking Preview.

The Booking Control Center should show that the required online booking setup is ready.

Opening the Public Booking Page

1. Open the Booking Control Center.

2. Select Open Public Page.

3. Review the customer-facing booking page.

4. Confirm that the correct business name, services, providers, and appointment times appear.

5. Copy or share the public booking link only after testing is complete.

What Clients See

Clients see only services and providers that are active and eligible for public booking.

Available appointment times are calculated from your current booking schedule and availability rules.

Clients do not see internal schedule notes, employee administration details, financial information, or private business settings.

How Appointment Availability Is Calculated

A public appointment time may appear only when:

* The business is open.

* An eligible provider is working.

* The provider performs the selected service.

* The provider is allowed to receive public bookings.

* The service is active and publicly bookable.

* The full service duration fits within the available schedule.

* There is no conflicting appointment.

* There is no overlapping Provider Time Off record.

Booking for the Client

When a client books for themselves, the booking contact and service recipient are the same person.

The appointment confirmation should display the client’s name, selected service, provider, date, time, and other booking details.

Book for Someone Else

Clients may use Book for Someone Else when they are arranging an appointment for another person.

The person completing the booking remains the booking contact.

The guest name identifies the person receiving the service.

Appointment details should clearly show:

* Who the appointment is for.

* Who booked the appointment.

* The booking contact’s phone number and email address.

Completing a Public Booking

An appointment is not created simply by opening the page or viewing available times.

The appointment is created after the client completes the required information and submits the final booking confirmation.

After the booking is completed, Peach Suite Pro should display a confirmation page and process any configured confirmation email.

After a Client Books

The new appointment should appear in the Peach Suite Pro Calendar.

Review the appointment details when necessary, including:

* Client or booking contact.

* Appointment For.

* Provider.

* Service.

* Appointment date and time.

* Duration and price.

* Booking source or channel.

Public online appointments may also create an email automation queue record when an automated confirmation email is configured.

Sharing the Public Booking Link

The public booking link may be shared through approved business channels such as:

* Your business website.

* Email.

* Text messages.

* Social media.

* Digital business profiles.

* Printed or digital marketing materials.

Always test the link after making significant booking-setting changes.

Public Booking Link and Workspace

Each participating business workspace has its own public booking address.

Confirm that you are sharing the link associated with the correct business and workspace.

Do not manually alter the public booking address unless the booking configuration specifically allows it.
