Completing Your Peach Suite Pro Setup
Peach Suite Pro uses a guided onboarding process to help you configure the information needed for your business, website, and online booking experience.
Coach Peach will guide you through the setup process and show the areas that still need attention. Completing the steps in the recommended order helps ensure that later settings have the information they need.
Recommended Setup Order
- Service Catalog
- Website Services
- Public Website Settings
- Booking Control Center
- Business Hours
- Provider Hours
- Provider Services
- Provider Time Off
- Website Links
Some setup areas may vary depending on your Peach Suite Pro plan and enabled features.
1. Service Catalog
Begin by creating and reviewing the services your business offers.
The Service Catalog is the authoritative location for core service information, including:
- Service Type
- Duration
- Price
Make sure the services you plan to offer are accurate before continuing to website and booking configuration.
2. Website Services
Website Services controls how your services are presented to customers on your public PeachWeb website.
Use this area to decide which services should appear publicly and how those services should be presented.
The Service Catalog remains the source of truth for service type, duration, and price. Website Services controls the public presentation of those services.
3. Public Website Settings
Next, review the information used by your public PeachWeb website.
Public Website Settings is the authoritative location for your public business information and website-related settings.
Review your information carefully so customers see the correct business details when they visit your site.
4. Booking Control Center
The Booking Control Center is the main setup area for PeachBook online booking.
Use the Booking Control Center to manage the settings that determine when and how customers may book appointments.
The Booking Control Center is the authoritative location for:
- Business Hours
- Provider Hours
- Provider Services
- Provider Time Off
5. Business Hours
Set the general hours during which your business operates.
Business Hours establish the overall availability framework for your business. Provider availability must still be configured separately.
Keep Business Hours accurate whenever your normal operating schedule changes.
6. Provider Hours
Provider Hours determine when an individual provider is available to perform services.
Provider Hours are required for providers who will receive appointment bookings.
A provider cannot be considered fully available for booking simply because the business is open. The provider's own hours must also be configured.
7. Provider Services
Provider Services determines which services each provider is allowed to perform.
Assign the appropriate services to each provider so PeachBook can offer only valid provider and service combinations.
If a provider should no longer perform a service, update the assignment here.
8. Provider Time Off
Use Provider Time Off for periods when a provider is unavailable during otherwise normal working hours.
Examples may include:
- Vacation
- Personal time
- Appointments
- Training
- Other unavailable periods
Keeping Provider Time Off current helps prevent customers from booking times when the provider is unavailable.
9. Website Links
Complete your setup by reviewing the links used by your public website.
Website links may connect customers to important external or public resources associated with your business.
Review each link before completing onboarding to make sure it opens the correct destination.
How the Setup Areas Work Together
Several Peach Suite Pro areas work together, but each has a specific purpose.
- Service Catalog is the source of truth for service type, duration, and price.
- Website Services controls the public presentation of services.
- Public Website Settings controls public business information and website settings.
- Booking Control Center is the source of truth for Business Hours, Provider Hours, Provider Services, and Provider Time Off.
Coach Peach
During onboarding, Coach Peach monitors your setup progress and helps identify the next area that needs attention.
Until the required setup is complete, Coach Peach may prioritize onboarding instructions in your daily briefing.
Before Going Live
Before sharing your public website or PeachBook booking link with customers, review the completed setup from the customer's point of view.
Confirm:
- Your services are correct
- Prices and durations are correct
- The correct services appear publicly
- Your business information is accurate
- Business Hours are correct
- Provider Hours are complete
- Providers are assigned to the correct services
- Known Provider Time Off has been entered
- Your website links open correctly
Test Your Booking Experience
If your plan includes PeachBook, open your public booking page and review the experience as if you were a customer.
Confirm that the correct services, providers, dates, and available appointment times appear before sharing the booking link publicly.
Updating Settings Later
Onboarding does not permanently lock your settings.
You can return to the appropriate setup area whenever your services, hours, provider availability, or public business information changes.
Always update information in its authoritative Peach Suite Pro setup area so the system continues to use consistent information throughout the application.
