Setting Up Website Services

Choose which services appear on your PeachWeb website and manage how those services are presented to customers.

Setting Up Website Services

Website Services controls how your business services are presented on your public PeachWeb website.

The Service Catalog remains the source of truth for core service information such as type, duration, and price. Website Services controls the public presentation of those services.

Choose Which Services Appear Publicly

Not every service in your Service Catalog must appear on your public website.

Use Website Services to decide which services you want customers to see.

Review Public Presentation

When reviewing your Website Services, confirm that the services displayed publicly are appropriate for your business.

Make sure service names and descriptions are clear to customers and accurately represent what you offer.

Service Information Source

Core service information should be maintained in the Service Catalog.

  • Service Type comes from the Service Catalog
  • Duration comes from the Service Catalog
  • Price comes from the Service Catalog

If one of these values is incorrect, update the Service Catalog rather than trying to correct it only in Website Services.

Public Website vs. Booking

Showing a service on your PeachWeb website does not by itself guarantee that the service is available for online booking.

PeachBook availability also depends on Booking Control Center settings, Provider Hours, and Provider Services.

Before Continuing

Before marking this onboarding step complete, confirm:

  • The correct services are visible publicly
  • Services you do not want advertised are hidden
  • Service names are customer-friendly
  • Service descriptions are accurate
  • Core service details are correct in the Service Catalog

Updating Website Services Later

You may return to Website Services whenever you want to change which services are promoted on your public website.

Changes to your public presentation do not require you to create duplicate Service Catalog records.
