Setting Up Website Links
Website Links allows you to manage important public links associated with your business and PeachWeb website.
These links may direct customers to booking pages, social media, external resources, or other online destinations connected with your business.
Why Website Links Matter
A broken or incorrect link can prevent customers from reaching an important resource.
Review every link carefully before completing onboarding.
Use the Correct Destination
Enter the complete destination for each website link.
Whenever possible, open the destination separately and confirm that it is the exact page you want customers to visit.
Examples of Website Links
Depending on your business and available settings, links may include:
- Online booking
- Social media pages
- External business websites
- Customer resources
- Other public business destinations
Public Links Should Be Customer-Safe
Only enter links intended for public customer use.
Do not add private administrative pages, internal system links, or URLs that require staff-only access.
Test Every Link
After saving your Website Links, open your public PeachWeb website and test each link.
Confirm that:
- The link opens successfully
- The destination is correct
- The page is appropriate for customers
- The destination uses a secure connection when expected
Booking Links
If you provide a PeachBook booking link, test it as a customer before sharing your public website.
Confirm that it opens the correct business booking page and displays the expected services and availability.
Links to External Services
Links to external websites may change over time.
If a social network, external website, or other service changes its URL, update the corresponding Website Link in Peach Suite Pro.
Before Completing This Step
Confirm that:
- All desired public links are present
- Each destination is correct
- No private or administrative links are included
- Each link has been tested from the public website
Review Links Periodically
Even after onboarding is complete, review your Website Links periodically.
Keeping links current helps customers reach the correct resources without encountering broken or outdated destinations.
