Business Hours defines the normal days and times your business is open.

These hours provide the overall scheduling framework used by Peach Suite Pro and PeachBook.

Business Hours Are the Overall Schedule

Business Hours represents when the business itself is normally operating.

Individual providers may have schedules that are different from the overall Business Hours.

For that reason, Provider Hours must also be configured for providers who will receive appointments.

Set Your Normal Operating Schedule

For each day of the week, enter the times your business is normally open.

If your business is normally closed on a particular day, leave that day closed rather than creating artificial hours.

Why Accurate Business Hours Matter

Business Hours helps determine the periods during which appointment availability may be offered.

Incorrect Business Hours can affect the availability customers see in PeachBook.

Business Hours and Provider Hours

Business Hours and Provider Hours work together.

• Business Hours defines when the business is open.
• Provider Hours defines when an individual provider works.

A provider should not normally be offered for booking outside the applicable business schedule.

Temporary Closures

Business Hours should represent your normal recurring schedule.

Temporary provider absences should normally be entered as Provider Time Off rather than changing the provider's recurring schedule.

If the entire business changes its normal schedule, update Business Hours.

• The correct days are marked open or closed
• Opening times are correct
• Closing times are correct
• The schedule reflects your normal business operations

Test Your Booking Availability

After completing Business Hours and Provider Hours, review your public PeachBook page.

Confirm that appointment availability appears only during the times you expect.

Updating Business Hours Later

Return to Business Hours whenever your normal operating schedule changes.

Keeping these hours current helps maintain accurate scheduling throughout Peach Suite Pro.
