Learn how to add a new business expense in Peach Suite Pro, including the expense date, amount, category, vendor or payee, payment details, notes, and recurring expense settings when applicable.

Add Expense

The Add Expense page allows you to record business expenses quickly and accurately.

Keeping expenses up to date helps you understand where your money is being spent and provides more accurate financial reports.

When to Record an Expense

Record an expense whenever your business pays for goods or services.

Common examples include:

Rent
Supplies
Retail Inventory
Equipment
Advertising
Utilities
Software Subscriptions
Insurance
Professional Services

Completing the Form

Depending on your business configuration, you may enter:

Expense Date
Vendor
Expense Category
Payment Method
Amount
Description
Notes

Selecting the appropriate expense category helps improve reporting accuracy.

Saving the Expense

After reviewing the information, click Save.

The expense is immediately included in your Expense Report and Business Summary.

Recurring Expenses

If the expense occurs regularly, consider creating a Recurring Expense instead of entering it manually each time.

Recurring Expenses can:

Automatically record the expense
Remind you when payment is due
Notify you through Coach Peach

Coach Peach monitors expenses and may notify you when:

Recurring expenses are due

Expenses appear unusually high
